Hey! Ta for the fav and watch! You've obviously got a lot of talent, you need to refine your proportions and stuff, though. Try using a pencil on your reference picture to see which parts of a face lie on the same horizontal and vertical lines as other parts, ie, what is above and below the curves of nostrils, and what is below the innermost points of eyes. I usually spend a LOT of time getting these bits right, then go on to rendering. Your detail is great, I'm looking forward to seeing more from you.
